Senior Management

The Management team has banking experience of more than 10 years. The vision is to become strong, viable cooperative organization which is sustainable and responsive to the socio-economic needs of its members with financial independence, providing competitive products and services, guided by responsible, honest and entrepreneurial cooperative values.

Mr. Saryu Gaba – Chairman : Mr. Gaba is founder of Sahyog as he started a Thrift & Credit Society at Abohar named Saamridhi Thrift & Credit Cooperative Society. Its operation area was only tehsil Abohar. But with his ability and vision the society earned the status of being a multi state co-operative society named Sahyog Credit Co-Operative Society for two states i.e. Punjab & Haryana. Mr. Gaba has the banking experience of more than 5 years.

Mr. Pawan Chhabra – Vice Chairman : Mr. Chhabra is having experience of banking for more than 8 Years as he has worked with Bank of Punjab, Indusind Bank, ICICI Bank. He is responsible for team management and all the compliances with the various regulators. He is looking after the expansion of Sahyog network and setup of branches (new and old both).

Mr. Karan Seemar – Director : Mr. Karan started his career in banking in the year 1998 with Bank of Punjab and total experience of banking is more than 12 years. He has worked with Bank of Punjab & HDFC. He is looking after the all initiative of the organization as a whole whether it is strategic or process oriented.

Mr. Vanish Madaan – Director : Mr. Madaan holds experience of banking for more than 7 years in various banks like Cooperative Bank, HDFC Bank and Axis Bank. He takes care of all operational part of funding, managing funds.

Mr. Sunil Miglani – Director : Mr. Miglani started his career with a solvent company in 1997 and joined Bank of Punjab in 2001. Having more than 11 years experience of banking with Bank of Punjab & HDFC Bank. He is responsible for entire operation, audit & technical initiatives.
